Registration and Order Forms Our site's registration and order forms require users to give us contact information (like their name, email, and postal address). Contact information from the registration forms is kept on file for Alwaiz's purposes only, and will not be given, sold and provided in any way, to other parties. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. We also collect financial information (such as account or credit card information). This information is used to bill the user for products and services, and is kept on file for Alwaiz's purposes only. It will also not be given, sold and/or provided in any way, to other parties. Mailing List We maintain a mailing list made up of existing Alwaiz.com customers, as well as any other party who has opted to subscribe to the mailing list through our subscription process (opt-in). Alwaiz customers are automatically added to this mailing list when they purchase web hosting, but can opt out of the list at any time. These customers will not be added to the mailing list again, unless they opt back in via our subscription process, even if they purchase more web hosting from Alwaiz.com. This mailing list is primarily used for our Newsletter, but may (from time to time) also be used for general announcements that may be of interest to the subscription base.
